In most places speeds of 95 to 100 are equated with reckless driving, thats a big 5 pointer and means Charlie will have to walk for at least 60 days. I think maybe charlie thinks if he makes a big enough stink the 5 points will go away. Now i dont know what 495 in Boston looks like but if Charlie walked out onto an Interstate around here they would be scraping whats left up with a spoon.
I can see this ugly POS offering the cop a head job in exchange for dropping the ticket and the cop uncotrollably laughing his ass of on the side of the road. Charlie got mad and made up this story.
And over 100 is in most cases a felony... and since it is no different than illegal immigration, can we deport them???
