My problem this time is... everything on my monitor went JUMBO on me. Fonts, everything.
By the way... it is only on the web. Desktop is normal.
Sounds to me like you have accidentally started Microsoft Magnifier, an Accessibility Utility for the visually impaired... It is also available in Internet Explorer 6.0 and above. Turn in off.
The settings are in Tools/Advanced.
Do a search in Help for Internet Explorer for Magnifier for an explanation of the settings... but the easiest way is to click the Defaults button to return it to factory settings.

It was "text sizing" in the browser. I use Firefox.
I apparently I did it inadvertantly and didn't know what was going on, since it only magnified some pages on the web but not the browser or desktop.
