Well, actually, it's been more fun than work for me... just taking advantage of the weather and doing things I don't get to do much during winter... well, I do, but not as much, so this week was a lot of fun, but left me without much time or energy to freep, lol.

Sounds like you caught Boo's sickness in time. Hopefully the antibiotics will prevent pnumenoia which would probably be fatal at his age.
Keep me posted on his progress. I would hate to see you lose two pets in such a short time. I know you will do all you can for Boo. He's in good hands.
I hope so. He looks a little brighter although he still doesn't eat or drink on his own, we have to feed him ourselves but when he walks, he tail is up, usually that mean's "all systems are go" so that should be a good sign.

Tail up is a good sign.
I just had an orange neighborhood cat come on my porch. That cat wouldn't come near me for months. Just now it was letting me pet it and purring away. It even wanted to come into the house with me.
The other neighbor's cat hangs out with me all the time and I let it in the house where it usually takes a nap after being petted and scratched for a while.
Those two cats were fighting on my porch at 2 AM about a week ago. They were bounding off of the iron railings and making a lot of racket. It was a turf thing.
