We may have a failure to communicate (hopefully not as bad as Cool Hand Luke). My comment posted was that I would take any bets that if we did nothing, Iran would for sure have a nuke by 2011 (five years). I agree with you that they will probably have a nuke sooner than 5 years.
Your statement (above) was crude, off base and entirely uncalled for. Be assured that I have NEVER worn tie-dyed shirts or acted like a hippie. I suggest that before you attack anyone in an ad homonym fashion, especially another FREEPER, that you opt to address the issues.

Absolutely right. The LAST step to building a bomb is acquiring the fissile material. No point doing that until you have the rest of the machine (bomb) built. BTW, this suggests that they have made/stolen the special components that are also on the proscribed list for international trade.
