There is something odd about that phrase....

Only about 10 percent of sexual assaults are reported, according to KMGH-TV in Denver...Well, I guess a TV station would know.

That this is considered a crime, today, shows how disoriented American society has become. Marriage used to be understood as permanent consent to the needs of your spouse--at least to the extent that one was able to satisfy them.
The humoring of the Feminist lunacy goes on and on. Where it stops nobody knows. That it has destroyed much that was once sacred--including a sense of privacy in one's most intimate moments, in addition to family values that go back to the dawn of recorded history--is beyond argument.

Reminds me of Rush Limbaugh's joke:
Q. How can you tell if your wife is dead?
A. The sex is the same but the dishes pile up in the sink!
I know, I KNOW! It's sexist!

Many of the men here have had the same problem with women, but they dealt with it on their own.

An arrest affidavit stated that the woman reported being awakened about 30 times over the last year to find her husband having oral sex with her.
Many was the time I was awakened by my now ex-wife perpetrating the same crime upon my person. Somehow I missed the fact that I was supposed to feel violated.
In all seriousness, while I do not feel that a man has an absolute right to impose his will and exercise his husbandly perogatives upon his wife, the is understood to be lowered between husband and wife. A man should be able to grab his wife's ass as she walks by without penalty even though doing this to a strange woman is a crime. I used to try to get my ex-wife in the mood when she was asleep. She would either awake frisky or tell me to stop and go back to sleep. I respected her decision either way.

Yes, its spousal rape when you have sex with a spouse who doesn't consent to it. Its tough to prove though that the sex was non-consensual.
