I'm not even on the SB diet. I just grabbed them because I love pizza.
Two more pounds for me this week. Down a total of 36.
Shoveled snow for 2 hours yesterday. That's worth 22 WW activity points.
My back, arms and shoulders hurt though.
Thanks for doing this thread and the wieght los tips.
For me it's the program that works best. I can work it into my life without missing much.
Good job on the treadmill! I would love one, but we don't have the room.
I'm going to try them tonight. I'm always looking for ways to incorporate more pizza into my diet. ;-)
Me too. Now if I could just find some diet burritos.
Congratulations!! That is awesome!
I weigh in tomorrow. I didn't weigh in last week, because I had this horrible cold. For a change I actually want to weigh in! LOL I'm anxious to see if I dropped anything.
LOL!!!
If you're interested, there is a pretty good free online food diary thingy at fitday.com.
Thanks for adding me. I lost about 35 pounds over the last couple of years. Mostly through diet (very little carbs)and some exercise (bike riding). And, the most important part, I have kept it off!!! Now moving to phase two, where, since January 1st I have lost an additional 10 pounds! I need to lose another 35 pounds to get to where I want to be at this time (about 230). Sounds like a lot to carry, but I have a lean muscle weight of 210 pounds. When I get there, I will re-access the situation.
ping.
That is fantastic! Keeping it off is the hardest part.
How many carbs a day?
You think juice would be as good as water?
Erm,
ah...
I have a degree in Nutrition and it's what I do for a living ;)
The problem with juice is the calories.
It all boils down to calories in versus calories out.
And with me, I'm really good at putting them in :)
So I fool myself with SF lemonade, iced tea etc....and lots of water.
Thank you!
I www.Ishape.com has a great program too, for atou $60 a year, they have everything from a diary, menus, exercize plan (that you do yourself) etc. Plus lots of discussion forums, support etc.
I have a concoction I make everyday of Lipton tea, Splenda/Equal/Sweet&Low and lots of lemon juice. I can drink about 2 quarts of it easy.
Over crushed ice and I'm in HEAVEN!
