My Dragon Fly and Me
If I could be a Dragon Fly and wing my way through the sky I would never be shy just me and my Dragon Fly!
By moonlight we ride the wind chase the comets tail for fun by day we would hide from the sun our fragile wings would come undone
On darkest nights we would use fireflies as our guide we would dip and we would glide through the heavens open wide and scatter diamonds in the night sky my Dragon Fly and me...
And we would wing past our lovers silent in the night... to kiss their face in our flight much to their surprise and delight my Dragon Fly and me in sight...
Such a view do we share away up here in the air of breezes soft through our hair my Dragon Fly and me a pair...

Good morning, Blackie! SMOOCHES!

Good one, Lady. Watched the movie "Walk the Line". It was a pretty good flick. A little lite in places, but over all okay.
Weather is warming a little bit.
Oh my crocus are blooming and I noticed the early tulips are making their way through the oak leaves.

Had I known where the roads would lead
early in my years
I would not have had the guts to face
the many rivers of tears. Oh Yeah!
Tell it all, Sister!
Excellent, bentfeather.

Our weather is expected to warm a bit toward the end of this week. I bet the crocus are blooming here, too, under the leaves I never got picked up last year. Doesn't bother me much, because if they were exposed, the deer would eat them.
The bolder daffys are busting through and looking happy. Deer won't eat them, so they can be bold.
Much company this weekend is a sign that spring is imminent.

Tic the clock
Toc the clock
and time races on
leaving soft the silences
enfolding me in gossemer robes
upon the bed of restless waiting
The Waiting
Endless ticking of the clock
facial lines deeper in the mirror
Endless ticking of the clock
time racing to the end
wearing gossamer robes
to bind and fold me in
a starlight trip without end
where I'll join him
