Well, his "roommate" came after him with a rifle, so it just makes sense that he'd beat the guy to a pulp with a sledgehammer. Just self defense.

Memorable moments from college:
1. Throwing a bible at my roomate after he intentionally wrecked my printer. It took a dictionary to get him to apologize and pay for it though.
2. A three month stalemate over who would clean the bathroom.
3. Several fist fights over various young ladies.
Can't remember any deaths over toilet paper.

A man accused of fatally beating his roommate with a sledgehammer and a claw hammer because there was no toilet paper in their home has been arrested. Maybe I'm being to reasonable here, but wouldn't it have been easier to just go to the grocery store?
