Alec Baldwin's mouth AGAIN!

Posted on 02/05/2006 11:57:44 AM PST by TexasPatriot8

Okay, this REALLY annoyed me this past week when I read about it, and needed to get it off my chest, and I wanted to know what other people thought also.

It sickens me that I used to like Alec Baldwin’s movies so much, especially, Hunt For Red October, now I can’t even watch it and haven’t for the past six years because he’s so vile and contemptible and liberal, three words which are synonyms in my book.

His temper tantrum about Alito being confirmed and saying there are too many "chicken s**t democrats" and other vulgarities because they couldn’t pull off a blatant unconstitutional filibuster of a SC nominee, makes me more disgusted by him by the day.

But what REALLY irritated me about it, was the comments he made about Zell Miller, "loathing him on a daily basis" and other foul things. Well someone please tell me what exactly has alec baldwin done for this country that he has earned the right to loath someone like Zell Miller? Alec baldwin NEVER served this country, never put on the uniform that he wasn’t paid for a movie to wear, never fought or bled for this country, and apparently, never did a thing in the world unless it was for his own self interests. Zell Miller did all of the above. And in addition to the VERY hard duty of serving as a Marine in Korea, while Alec Baldwin was sucking at his mothers teat incidentally, MARINE Miller has also served as Governor and Senator.

I respect Democrat Zell Miller more than some republicans who are RINOs and don’t even serve the party beliefs lined out in the platform. At least he had the courage to stand up and admit the fact that the democrat party of FDR, Truman and JFK is dead, and the modern democrat party is interested in what’s good for itself first, and the country a distant second. All Alec Baldwin has ever done is threaten to leave the country twice, then remain here twice, and mouth off with vulgarity on a regular basis the past few years because tens of millions of Americans dare to vote against his radical liberal zealot mindset. When Alec Baldwin someday manages to do something selfless to protect or help this country, then he has the right to publicly attack those who actually have. Until then, he has no right to do so.

And of course the liberal media is always right there to give him the pulpit. While they seem to never find the time to give attention to the comments that his brothers Steven and William Baldwin make. Certainly that’s nothing to do with the fact that Steven and William Baldwin are registered Republicans, and Steven has taken up a very active vocal Christian lifestyle. Whatever. More media bias giving free air time to a radical self-serving arrogant obnoxious troglodyte like Alec Baldwin, because he says what they want to, but can’t.

He's a citizen. Simple as that.

Zell Miller is without a doubt my favorite Dem. Alec Baldwin wouldn't make a pimple on Zell's @ss. Matter of fact, Baldwin wouldn't make one on the Swimmers @ss and he's my least favorite Dem.

There are several actors who I no longer enjoy watching b/c their idiotic political statements trump whatever character they are trying to portray. They might as well have typecast themselves.

You mention his brothers are of a different camp and this probably accounts for the particularly vile nature of Alec's shrillness.....He's a blowhard and the siblings know it....I doubt he says any of this when his candy_ss isn't protected.....

If you haven't seen the movie "The Edge" with Baldwin and Anthony Hopkins I recommend you do.

The Baldwin character Bob is a true POS. He comes across as a vile sterotypical liberal. It must have been an easy role for him. I can imagine that when Baldwin asked the director "how to a play Bob" ? The director probably told him "just be your yourself".

The protaganist Charles is a sterotypical conservative, played by Anthony Hopkins. A great flick.

Unfortunately, the social welfare state founded by FDR and promoted by Truman and JFK is FAR from dead. The socialist policies of SS, Medicare, Medicaid et al, are thriving cancerous growths on our society, and the current administration has also jumped on board..

Alec Baldwin?? Wasn't his last movie that bomb "Pearl Harbor?" Seems to me he's got lots of free time on his hands to make political statements.

He was born in this country. That's all it takes.

Agreed. He has every right to express his opinion as a citizen. But as a citizen, I have every right to ignore him or say he’s a buffoon. That’s how it works.

Well, hang on. I thought he was great in Team America. The depth of his performance was just phenomenal...his presence was-huh? It wasn't really him? He was a marionette??? And it is "Alex Baldwin", not "Areck Bhalwin"?

How disappointing is that! I had that whole movie screwed up.
