Pop-up ads, spyware, adware. I have considered the death penalty as suitable punishment, but I'm not sure.
Stupid people "working" at fast-food joints, invariably messing up your order.
Stupid young waiters and waitresses saying "you guys" in every sentence: "How is everything for you guys?"
Everything-a-commercial on baseball broadcasts: the Fox ads behind home plate on the pitcher-batter shot; the "Time for the Dobbs Tire Cracked Bat Exchange"; etc.
Christmas stuff that starts up in mid-November, even before Advent begins, and then ends after only the first of the twelve days of Christmas.
Nose studs as a job requirement at a coffee shop I frequent.
Piercings, tattoos, and other forms of body disfigurement as a fad. Time's up!
Employers making employees work on Sunday mornings, leagues scheduling activities for kids on Sunday mornings, etc., as though people don't go to church on the Lord's Day.

Asian women drivers on cell phones; defensive driving rules the road in my area of california.
How about the word "irregardless".... no such thing.
Also when people are sick to their stomach and say I'm nauseous..... nope... you are nauseated because if you are nauseous you are a substance that makes people sick.
As I once told a guy who came to my friends restaurant in Miami wearing his hurricanes hat: "This aint a ballpark. Take it off now!"
Men who wear hats indoors better be circumsized, if you know what I mean. Otherwise, they should get flogged along with the a-sholes who blast hip hop out their windows at 3AM.
