1)Racing out in the street to get ahead of me and then almost immediately having to stop to make a left turn against oncoming traffic
2)Someone in a check out line waiting until all their purchases are run through the register and than they start searching for their checkbooks to write the check.
ps:there are numerous ways to cheat playing golf but someone would really have to hate themselves to do it.
The self imposed honor of playing by the rules is one of the pleasures of the game.

LOL...Where I live there are a ton of tourists, and a lot of servers that try to get "chummy" for the sake of a larger tip. I've found that once they find out I am a local, they tend to back off and become human again. It's as though you can actually see the "twinkle" fade in their eyes.
