I think that was a very surprising and inexplicable decision on Randall's part. What does he have to gain by denying her a job with Trump? What does he have to lose by recommending that she be hired? It was a baffling, mean thing to do, IMO.

I kept telling my husband throughout the show that Trump was gonna hire them both!
I thought it was sort of "small" of Randall to kick the chick to the curb.
