Are you ready for lift-off tomorrow?

I'm sure you must be. I'm trying to decide what to wear. And do I go into the hot tub? Or on the Bridge?

Decisions, decisions...

I'll be getting up early to have everything ready, and I plan to wear a really big bathing suit ... or maybe just a really big towel.

She did get my dog all hot and bothered once though. She was doing some dance special on TV I guess.

I guess her singing sounded like some animal in heat!

I think she looks pretty when she's properly made up.

I think you're right - that way I can be sure it will be big enough!

If you want the absolutely best view of everything, you should take station in one of the control centers in the Thrust Ring.

Not only do you get a "ring-side" seat for the takeoff, but you also get to see the unfolding drama as the habitats swing out and begin rotating.

It will be a trifle noisy, and the air-conditioning is a bit spotty, but the views will be wonderful!

You also get the strange transition seen in Kubrick's "2001" as the floor turns into a wall!

Well, good evening to y'all ... I'm going to go drink champagne and eat some leftover dessert! Back to school tomorrow, so we have to get up early.

LOL!

I can't remember ever seeing her looking as good as she COULD look. But then, I don't watch a lot of celebrities.

At times JLo has looked better with make up.

I think she should remember to shave more often though.

Hi, 'Face! Better for a full night's sleep and then some, but still moving slow.

Just enough better to get into trouble repairing the 30 year old microwave (Amana Radarange). I am guessing a problem in the power supply (there's a little experience guiding that), so I dug in and opened it up. What a nightmare! If I ever get it properly re-assembled (once the final part arrives, the others are in), it will be a miracle. Doubly so if it ever works again. But the control panel was getting pretty flaky, so I had little to lose. Buy a new one this week as opposed to month after next...

Still, it's nice to get one's fingers into a bit of electronics one can actually work on.
