Everything was fine, but I did bring the 4 pound dog who was determined to try and eat his weight in Christmas foods.
I watched the little guy try to get the best of everybody, he was acting like he never ate in his whole life.
There was a nice Christmas meal, then I drive to the local DVD rental place and picked up a couple of new ones to watch.
It was a relaxed Christmas.

A very intense hungry dog indeed.
Will all the Christmas meal smells, he was not about to avoid the attempt to try and eat everyone's dinner. (Which is why he got to go outside in the warm car during the meal)
Not even his Christmas gift of a new flees blanket with doggie paws on it settled the dog down at all.
He wanted ALL THE FOOD! LOL

Four pounds with a 400 pound attitude.
Hard for anyone to really fear a 4 pound dog with lots of fur and long bangs.

Unless that little dog wants your food.

I made the mistake one time of letting him eat all he wanted and he ate 75% of his body weight in chicken.
I did not let that happen ever again.
He probably would have eaten more, but I stopped him.

I only let him have pinches of food from me, but the intense stares and insistent barks while I am eating is something else.
Then when I drink my beverages he wants my ice cubes as well.

This bottomless pit also likes to watch cartoons or the animal channel so it can bark at the TV.

LOL.
We've spent the last two years trying to train my daughter's dog to stay away from the table.

Well, this one can't get to the dinner table being barely higher than my ankle.
It does try to act like an automatic furry pogo stick next to my seat as I eat though.
A little too much obsession with food IMO.
