National Singles Week was started by the Buckeye Singles Council in Ohio in the 1980s to celebrate single life and recognize singles and their contributions to society. The week is now widely observed during Sept. 19-25 as Unmarried and Single Americans Week, an acknowledgment that many unmarried Americans do not identify with the word single because they are parents, have partners or are widowed.
Thanks
I will make the addition.
No problem and welcome aboard!
How about the keys to the IROC-Z?
"I want flowers *and* chocolates."
I want a box of competition grade 8mm ammunition.
Oh no...although I'd challenge any IROC-Z to a drag race. Just pick the cornfield.
Yer ON!
*heh-heh*
Meetcha on Hiway 92 at 2200...me and Lucille will be the best lookin' redheads there!
I can even bring a tow-rope to pull you out.
Awesome - can I join?
Signed, Single Suckette in Colorado.
I have come to the conclusion that I like being single.
I watched every couple argue last week and I was flittering between different groups of fun.
I don't understand why couples talk about each other - or argue in public - argue about little things that mean nothing - embarass each other - feel they need to be attached at the hip and miserable.
I'll take my single life and live it fully - and if Mr. Right shows up - I'll be happy with him.
But, I'll be happy either way.
AMEN. I keep telling myself there is going to be a gift bonanza when its my turn.
Yet, my dating life is a desert wasteland. Work is fast-becoming my new "life partner."
When is the gift exchange?
HAH! You wish!
Save your strength for the pits, when you have to try and figure out which jets to use.
Hmmmm... Maybe instead of the ribbon with the red hearts like for that romance awareness day, maybe this one could have little broken hearts? ;-)

There aren't any pits in the cornfields around here.
I think it would be just as fair if I received $50 for my troubles from all the couples. ;) I've been best man for two of my friends twice already.
I've compartmentalized work. My partner for the summer has been my stupid house.
No ma'am. And I'd prefer to never be asked again. :)
