Vacation time is over. Back to the normal routine.
I did meet two freepers for the first time on the trip to Las Vegas (both living on the west coast). Chick magnets we are not; but since I was able to leave with some extra cash, I qualify as “chip magnet”. I won playing the “darkside (don’t pass/don’t come) on the craps table at Casino Royale.

Now this is a “chick magnet”. 
Something for the Houston people. Astros lead the NL wild card race and they are hot.
We found a couple of “furry fans”. 
Mother’s Day in August? -- Yes !! -- Wednesday of this week is FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL !!
Sometimes I come downstairs to the stuffed armchair to sleep (I hate my mattress!) and my special kitty friend Frank comes over to me around 5:00am and pops up by the chair and goes MEOW loud, almost a bark(!), and will do it over and over until I feed him. He loves to be petted then, but what he really wants is his breakfast, which I must get up to fix. After that, he usually sprawls on the carpet in a fit of hedonistic luxury! What a guy!
That is exactly how the red kitty got his name, Dammit! That's his brother King Kat he is gettting ready to attack. Both are approaching 2 years old now, and both love to play fetch with me.
How dare you leave without me!!!!

How are the kittens getting along with the other cats?
The kittens are too busy playing to pay much attention to the adult cats. Tomas has been curious, following them around and sniffing. There has been some hissing, and he did take a swipe at Tori, but she slapped him right back. :-)
Phoebe likes to keep to herself, so she may never want anything to do with them. She hisses whenever one approaches, which doesn't bother them at all. I hope she'll warm up to them eventually; she's been lonely since Tigger and P Bear passed away.
I think Tomas will adjust the quickest. As long as they're willing to share their kitten chow with him, they'll be friends.
LOL!!! Maybe they think you're part cat and want to include you in their fun!
