PRAYER UPDATE!
Dear FReeper Saints and Prayer Warriors,
Greetings from mr. and mrs. alpha - I'm back!
Thank you all so much for your much-needed prayers.
As some of you know, back during the election I was having a terrible time with acid reflux and as some of you know, before the Lord brought me into His Service on 8-25-02 I was a heavy drinker.
When the acid reflux kicked back in three weeks ago, my doctor admitted me into the hospital. Even after almost three years, the liver enzymes were still high. That coupled with an allergic reaction to medication they were giving me at the hospital and mis-diagnosis. I was pretty sick. We thank you all for your continued prayers and we'll respond to all your prayer requests we missed over the last few weeks.

Great to see you back with us. Omeprazole and its derivatives (Nexium, etc.) can raise havoc with the liver... beware. Zantac for me.
