Might be there to make the email unique so that ISP spam filters can't "fingerprint" it and mass block it.

Some SPAM detection programs assign a point value based on the frequency certain words appear relative to the number of total words in an email. This is an attempt to lower that assigned value by over inflating the number of 'non-spam' words.

That's the output from a random text generator. Spammers do that for many reasons, not least of which is that doing so defeats some anti-spam features.
