Ah, sorry for all the questions. :-) They're not necessarily directed to you, but if you can fill me in, great! I've been out of town for a couple of days and still can't make one bit of sense out of any of this whole ordeal. Not one bit of sense from any one bit of it.

I know a little about accounting, a little bit about fund raising and a little bit about scammers. It generally does come down to answering simple, basic questions and turning over the documentation to back it up, if you're legit. Sure, there may be some flexibility given for sloppiness,not knowing the rules, etc. But, eventually, the legit ones do just that.
I've read several people post that he has pancreatic cancer. I've never read where he said it himself. Did they think that he may have the "good" kind of pancreatic cancer which is benign, or the bad kind of pancreatic cancer,which is malignant? Was that his line?

The petition is up to 119 sigs now. Responses are hilarious! We sure know how to have some fun! Poor DUmmies have no sense of humor. Only hateful humor. How sad to live life like that.

I don't understand...why is this illegal? His associate was the one who misreported it, not your friend. Wasn't it laid out in the paperwork?
Totally clueless here about such things.
My friend was presented with paperwork by his associate and just signed off on it. He trusted his friend. Got burned.

Of course all cancer it bad in your universe, but in the DUmmie universe, Beth or merh or somebody thinks that all tumors are cancerous. The only difference being that some are malignant and some are benign.
