Whoo, that's a great post!
"Earthsalt" really nailed a bunch of the problems.
I think the violations of WA State law are going to bite the Andyites in the behind, whether they are registered or not, and the whole can of worms will begin to unravel from there!
It's mind blowing that Andy would allow someone like Burch to defend him.
Very interesting. I've only been able to scan it for now. But it's encouraging.
Evidently Ben Burch and Goodboy got the blinders torqued so tight they are cross-eyed and/or restricting blood flow to their brains and can't understand it.
Man they're pathetic, especially the depraved creature Ben Burch. Can't even call him an animal because animals have the instinct not to do the vulgar things he brags about doing. Ban acts like they are some sort of badge of honor or courage.
...and I donate to FR for this crap?
ROFLMAO!!!
To me it's telling too that goodboy is always asking "Who are you, what's your name". It's like they are wanting to know who and what they are up against. It sounds like they are scared. Really, who is going to post their real name? When the Andyites were screaming for money, they didn't do it with their real names showing. Only Beth did. Plus, with Ben's reputation of messing with someone's loved ones and place of employment, who could blame anyone for not posting their real name.
What is this I hear that the Andyites are saying not to go to Scamdy.com because it will put a virus etc. on your computer? That's a good one. How see-through is that? It's so obvious they don't want any donors seeing the discrepencies in the fundraising.

1. A thank-you from Andy.
2. Regular updates on his condition.
3. Documents (by permission) that will lay this whole stupid smear campaign to rest and make certain "pretend liberals" look like total fools.
Should be up by Wednesday next week, as we have to get some things from Andy's physician and that requires office hours.

You just beat me to it. HaHa. I was just came over to post a link.
Looks like they took some advice about putting up their own website to show the proof.
Finally!
I would hold off on the "finally." Next Wednesday, maybe they say. Anyone wanna give over/under on us seeing anything before the Fourth of July?

LOL!
I just saw that too. I think earthsalt hit a nerve. lol.
"...What I have seen here makes my skin crawl. Three DU'rs obviously with a personal stake in this fundraiser, whether it be reputation, solidarity, or financial have taken what seem very simple questions and turned this thread into a vile hate fest.
Do you have any evidence that AA or any of the posters here are "Freeper Trolls", or are to trying to silence honest debate because there are problems with this fundraiser?
Do I need to flash my Capitol security badge and my last paycheck from the DNC in order to avoid getting lumped in with your freeper broad brush? It would seem that Bev Harris was the first target of your attacks when questions were first raised, has that changed? Has she been exonerated, and if so have any of you offered her an apology for the things you have accused her of? If not is she the one that put up the $40 dollars this Steve says the site cost to register and operate?
You people have accused questioners of attempted murder, political assassination designed to steal democracy, GOP tax dollars being diverted to discredit progressive activism, to cyber stalking, slander, and libel.
Are any of you lawyers? I highly doubt it. We have been having a chuckle around the office today reading all of your silly accusations.
From what I can see here, and observed elsewhere, the burden of proof lays squarely on the shoulders of the public charity to answers questions from the public..."

I think the only way I would believe that the fundraiser was not a scam is if someone with the law enforcement investigated and was able to prove everything jived.
I think the DUers are happy to fully support Andy. He doesn't need a job. He gets his paycheck from DU. I'm sure there are DUers who need this kind of assistance more than Andy. Andy has his "rich" friends to take care of him. Leave the DUers alone. As of June 5, in DU's Panic Room, they are still requesting donations for Andy.
We also need to remember that every single time they've built up "anticipation" for new documents to come, the stuff they have produced turned out to be rubbish.
So, we might see *something* on Wednesday, but anything short of conclusive proof of a pre-May 10 cancer diagnosis, a clear accounting of JH bills, and totals raised in the fundraiser won't cut it.
Correction: Pre-April 28 cancer diagnosis, the date of the start of the fundraiser.
BB and GB are just being willfully ignorant because they have no leg to stand on.
There is no reason for this thing to have gone on as long as it has. If they had simply made a mistake, fine, admit it, pay a penalty, and move on.
Instead the Andyites employed a strategy to make them look as suspicious as possible. People on the up and up don't employ thugs and intimidation tactics.
When earthsalt recommends Andy ask BB and GB to stop representing him, that's some of the best free advice anybody has given during this whole sordid soap opera, and so it was immediately ignored.
Did you happen to see a post over there referring to Scamdy.com putting out viruses & spyware to anyone that visits that site? One of the Andyites supposedly said this.
I haven't went through all the posts over there yet.
A feeble attempt at guilt by association. If there are questions that the public has a right to be answered, it matters not who is asking. Truthseekers. Ha.

I think their goose is cooked anyway. Even if everything they have claimed about cancer is true, they still broke the law about registering charities. And use of funds from charities is very strict.
There was a sad, dysfunctional family around here a year or so ago whose daughter ended up missing, then dead. People donated money for funeral expenses and they got in trouble for buying a cheap used car for basic transportation with some of the funds. This wasn't extravagance, this was a basic family need. Still, it was legally misuse of charitable funds.
I'd be surprised if Washington doesn't have the same sort of laws.

Why these ghouls keep invoking WA state law when Andy did not raise the money and when the money was not raised in Washington is beyond me.
Interesting tactic. Not gonna fly, but interesting in its disingenuousness. "Andy" never raised any money, but his PO box sure as hell was in Washington. And his bank.
