So, we might see *something* on Wednesday, but anything short of conclusive proof of a pre-May 10 cancer diagnosis, a clear accounting of JH bills, and totals raised in the fundraiser won't cut it.

I think their goose is cooked anyway. Even if everything they have claimed about cancer is true, they still broke the law about registering charities. And use of funds from charities is very strict.

There was a sad, dysfunctional family around here a year or so ago whose daughter ended up missing, then dead. People donated money for funeral expenses and they got in trouble for buying a cheap used car for basic transportation with some of the funds. This wasn't extravagance, this was a basic family need. Still, it was legally misuse of charitable funds.

I'd be surprised if Washington doesn't have the same sort of laws.

Beth now, on Malloy site:

Why these ghouls keep invoking WA state law when Andy did not raise the money and when the money was not raised in Washington is beyond me.

Interesting tactic. Not gonna fly, but interesting in its disingenuousness. "Andy" never raised any money, but his PO box sure as hell was in Washington. And his bank.
