"five other complaints have been filed since the middle of last week."
I didn't know that.
Thanks!
Well, as for making for crummy attorneys--that's what we keep the ones like your friend around for!
I can see where we do get kinda bogged down--but gettig into the nitty-gritty of it got it noticed anyway! And it got everybody's passion up to actually act on their suspicions about all the receipts, fake checks, etc.
I guess you have already posted the "three questions" somewhere (I'm working from my ping-page, so I'd better go look, or you could tell me where they are. :o} Also, I must confess--I didn't read the entire Malloy debate yet. It's going to take a while.
The Malloy debate was very easy to understand, though, and should help in establishing accountability where it counts!
The 3 questions:
Who diagnosed the red round one with pancreatic cancer, where, and when?
Did Johns Hopkins cancel the surgery the morning of May 10th because it had not received the "cashiers" [sic] checks?
How much money was raised, and how was it spent?
Three simple questions, and all other questions get answered along the way, leaving no doubts, leaving no other questions unanswered.
Thanks, frank! Exactly--they get right at the heart of the matter and everything else is periphrial to those. But, if it ever gets to court, you know how they dwell on the minutia, and all of that evidence you guys have collected could be needed there!
Man, I'd love to see some accountability as to that last question! I can't believe the DUmmies who gave haven't asked the same question. They are such DUmmies! LOL!
I hope the thread hasn't been pulled, as I'm slowly working my way through it, as time permits, but I agree that it was a very good and disciplined debate for our side, the accountability side.
What I've read of it so far.
AA and the other poster not letting spitfire and ben and the others take them off the main point.
Straight from the Dem playbook in my opinion...except these guys are all Dems!!!
Goodboy is soooo weak. The way he goes about trying to get info from AA & co. is so juvenile. Like his asking AA if the signers on the formal report used their real names. He says "they've signed with their real names, you lie, prove it" I mean does he really think AA is going to do that? His, I don't know what to call it, is just so dumb. Don't get me started on that Spitfire person. Can you say DENSE? AA & co. got it easy over there. Ben Burch is just trying to be revelant in the Andy Situation. I get an imaginary whiff of poop when I read his posts. LOL
You know, madam, the Andyite richboy is about as useful to the Andyites, as if I hired a farm kid to stand by the window all day long, watching for the north wind, and then telling me when it came.
Scroll down to last three messages on forum.
They have not answered ONE question...even gotten close to answering a question. It's all a turn around ploy. I don't know how to do this stuff as well as they do...they are artistes!
I'm sorry Frank, I've gone through this a couple of times and perhaps I've missed it all. From the Malloy site ... are these the 3 questions?
1. When were you, Mr. Stephenson, first diagnosed with pancreatic cancer and can you prove it by providing a diagnosis signed and dated by your doctor?
2. Can you, Mr. Stephenson, provide proof, in the form of an official statement from Johns Hopkins, that your May 10th surgery was cancelled due to your cashiers' checks being lost in the Hopkins mailroom?
3. Are you, Mr. Stephenson, willing to provide documents proving how much money you raised, and will these documents correlate with the running totals your fundraisers publicly offered?
I don't know if it is unclear to others, but I thought I'd ask ... Thanks.
Yep, those are them.
In regards to Q#3 -- with all the information gathering going on, did anyone ever compile a master list of all the sites that jumped on the DU bandwagon for scam-a-buck?
They should not only audit the totals from the pathetic wannabe PBS fund raiser on DU, but also investigate the committments made on other web sites.
It's been mentioned in these threads before that if he even got close to $50K on DU then he probably raked in a heck of a lot more from all the tangential sites.
We have to go by their word, sir, on what was raised in DUmmieland--there is no telling how much was raised in other places--which appears to be something in the neighborhood of $76,000 in DUmmieland.....that is, if one just takes the word of the main fund-raisers.
I, personally, do not think they took in that much (in DUmmieland), but I defer to majority opinion.
It is probable only the red round one knows for sure, and given his lackadaisical record for filing campaign finance reports with the Washington (state) Secretary of State (in his race for the Democratic nomination for that office in 2004), probably even the red round one has only a vague idea.
After the now-famous "time-line" had been developed, and DUmmieland put on an Excel program, it appeared that there had been plans for yet another, larger, fund-raiser, to begin circa May 10, but those plans were abruptly terminated when convulsions began convulsing about that date.
With additional information fed into the "time-line," it does appear that one new fund-raiser slipped right by us, unnoticed; one in between the solicitation for the original $50,000, and the one that was terminated.
It has been said, especially after his "appearance" on the Guy James or Mike Malloy or whoever radio show, that the round red one is the sort of person who actually enjoys this publicity, even if negative.
HOWEVER, at some point, the round red one is going to put aside his ego and look at his wallet, and notice, ooops, in all of this attention and publicity, funds are no longer coming in.....and the round red one and his allies are not nice people, and do not observe the usual and customary rules of sportsmanship.
That discussion is fascinating - and I'm just into the first few pages!
I'm glad to see that Dummies finally have a place to talk about it!

Do you mean your photobucket account? I can still see the image.
