I found one on my parent's car (someone had just set it there, for some reason). I wasted thousands, maybe millions, maybe billions, of hours playing that infernal thing.

CSN - not to mention Neil Young.

Speaking of Neil - how about NEIL DIAMOND?

Neil Sadaka?

You better be joking. KISS was/still is awesome.

Alice Cooper is still rocking as well, thank God he survived the 70's.

The night stalker was FANTASTIC! Better than the X-files ever hoped to be.

BTW, I loved Elton's Captain Fantastic CD, till I found out he was gay. Took on new, unwanted meanings.

I really should stop... I've got this tic developing in my right eye... Must be "body language" signalling to "in-denial" brain that the 70s were a hoopla of mishmash... And I just wanna deny that...

Went shopping yesterday. All that 70's stuff is coming back. I almost bought a pair of those polyester things with the white piping on the edges, but my sister talked me out of it!

I saw Jaws in the theater, but I have yet to watch Star Wars beginning to end. LOL< I remember Mark Powell went to see it every day thta summer. He was the most hated kid on the street. He is the only person I have ever known of to get kicked out of a military academy for being too gung ho.

Bob Dylans Blood on the Tracks and Desire albums are still excellent to this day!

Yep. In the early 80s, my roommate and I had long, involved discussions over which one was better. He insisted "Blood on the Tracks." I knew it was "Desire."

My friend has a 70 Chevelle with a built 396 that pulls 12's in a quarter. It is a great car.

Well, that is one 70s fad I am all in favor of making a comeback.

I hated the Dr Scholls. My bitchy sister used to chuck them at me every time I started my motorcycle up at 7 a.m. They hurt!

Here's another one that could go in the best or worst category-

Screen T-shirts with your name ironed on the back of them.

I had many; Andy Gibb, Leif Garret, Shaun Cassidy

I figure I'll see "Sith" sooner or later, so I went and re-watched "Phantom Menace" and watched, for the first time, "Attack of the Clones" this weekend.

Both were entertaining, if not very memorable.

I liked that, too. Actually, there are not many songs from the 70's that I don't like.

I'm sure someone on here will take this opportunity to remind me of some of the more atrocious selections.

It's like EVERY show was the Gong Show that decade.
