"Only Women Bleed". OK. That sucked. But "Alice Cooper's Greatest Hits" is one of the great rock n roll albums of all time.

Anyone who could write a song called "Dead Babies" and have a hit is all that. "Only Women Bleed" has a special meaning and not what we all think.
