Okay, it's Monday...time to get the week started with some good captions. A good place to begin is the 40th Anniversity of the Equality Forum that took place in Philly yesterday. For those who don't know, Equality Forum celebrates the gay and lesbian lifestyle...
Why do gay men take more vacations than lesbians? Women can't pack s***.
Your tax dollars at work. UGH!! Does that make you sick or what?? Between PBS and NPR I don't know which is worse. And the funny thing is, DUers think PBS/NPR are mouthpieces of the Bush admin. Maybe we could actually all agree to get rid of them.
I used to crack up when our local PBS station would play those promos at peldge time that said "If PBS doesn't do it, who will?" They can't say that anymore...the answers are too overwhelming.. Discovery, History Channel, The Learning Channel, The Military Channel, The Biography Channel....and so on.
"WHICH WAY TO THE BAR WITH THE LADIES NIGHT BUD LIGHT SPECIAL?!!!"
PBS must be turning more conservative. Saturday night I saw a documentary about a band of bruddahs who were lead by a lifelong Republican. Johnny Ramone may not have come off as the nicest guy in the band but they all had their hassles with each other (Tommy never spoke to Joey after he left the band in '78 although he continued to speak with Johnny even after Joey's death).
As much trash as I hear about Johnny, I have to temper it with the understanding that they include "he was a Republican" among their gripes. And for as much as the documentary tried to play Joey as a hard left lib, CJ was the lib with Joey in-between. Joey voted for Ronald Reagan, twice maybe, (which is why he was outraged about the trip to the German SS graves).
OMG- LMBO!!!!!
They belong to the Queer Womens' Equality Education Front.
Bet that hurt for them to air!! LOL
Seriously, every once in a great while I'll see a show on PBS that's worth watching, but the vast majority - on our local one at least - is circle file material. I actually gave money to their campaigns a couple of times because our business used to produce commercials there. I quit when they aired a "Puzzle Place" episode in which two lesbians were trying to decide which one of them was going to get pregnant and have "their" baby. I wrote a letter to every mucky-muck at the station and told them EXACTLY what I thought of the show and that they would be getting no more of my money NOR my viewership and I haven't looked back. I have a few friends who work at that station, but I cannot in good conscience support that kind of crap.
ROFLMBO!! POWERPUFF GIRLS!!!
Blue girl looks like she might be doing something to green thing behind pinkie's back.
When he throws a party, he has blue balls.
Take a good look America. These are the kind of men dressing your women in the fashion spreads around the globe.
Think of THAT the next time you wonder why anyone would be sexually excited by grungewear like plaid flannel.
This is the "high point" of the Queer Eye. They seem to be colorblind to me.
Ugh! I forced myself to watch about 2 minutes of Queer Eye one time - that was all I could take.
Nope...the Rev. Kara Fleshman of something called Metropolitan Community Church in Philly...apparently it caters to a predominately GBLT congregation.
I never watch PBS anymore and never contributed a penny to their liberal a$$es!

The way these things are dressed; balls are "risque", wouldn't you say?
Rub-a-dub-dub, three hags (or something that rhymes with "hag") in a tub: a butcher, a baker and a gerbil- pleasure maker.

I don't know what they are, however, if you would like to volunteer to raise their tails and check their sex, all power to ya!!!
EEEEEEEEEWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW!
