Lawyer on Great's show just told America that the autopsy which Michael's lawyer claims "he strongly requested" is mandated by law in the local county whenever a body is to be creamated.
Sounds as if Michael Shiavo is a little nervous about this autopsy....if Terri dies, perhaps her death will put that SOB in jail for the rest of his life.
So far it seems like every government official involved in this case is either a current or former board member of the hospice.
I am sure they all feel that IF any evidence showed up in the autopsy that Terri was abused and possibly strangled, instead of having a heart attack, that the statute of limitations has already run out, so ole MS wouldn't be able to be prosecuted anyway!
Smarmy Felos no doubt has a smarmy little coroner to perform the autopsy...
Yes, one of them was when a person was to be cremated there had to be an autopsy. So there was a few of us who knew right off that Felos and Michael was just grandstanding.

This tells you exactly what kind of evil person, Michael's Schiavo’s lawyer, Felos is.

Not true. If they can prove the condition was caused by abuse or strangling, the death would be ruled a murder (just because it took him 15 years doesn't change the act). There is no statute of limitations on murder.
But the chances are slim an autopsy at this date will show anything. It's been too long and Hospice and MS will be ready with "evidence" to rebut any bone damage.
I hadn't seen that post. My jaw hit the ground when I heard the lawyer spell this out. This is nearly as bad as CBS reporting Terri's husband by her bedside when she dies, before she even died. This is not my country anymore.
From the excerpts you posted, it sounds as if Felos is describing himself as a Malignant Narcissist, which is a serious Personality Disorder. No wonder he feels the need to speak to the microphones so often, and feels so little empathy. He is a textbook case, especially if, as he suspects, he was abused as a young child.
Let them say that, as long as the media also notes that in Florida he does Not Have A Choice if he intends to cremate Terri.

I've been explaining this to so many people!! And the media headline today was "Schiavo to allow Autopsy".
