I am sure they all feel that IF any evidence showed up in the autopsy that Terri was abused and possibly strangled, instead of having a heart attack, that the statute of limitations has already run out, so ole MS wouldn't be able to be prosecuted anyway!

Not true. If they can prove the condition was caused by abuse or strangling, the death would be ruled a murder (just because it took him 15 years doesn't change the act). There is no statute of limitations on murder.

But the chances are slim an autopsy at this date will show anything. It's been too long and Hospice and MS will be ready with "evidence" to rebut any bone damage.
