Should the Schindlers have picked someone other than Randall Terry to represent them?
What success or failure should be credited to Randall Terry?
None.
I do admit that having Randall Terry there made me uncomfortable.
Light the fuse and get away. : )
Randall Terry is a blessing to the left.....because he gives credibility to their screams of fear about Christianity. He is the arrows in their quiver, so to speak. :)
I believe this deserves a thread of its own. :)
Judgenfuhrer Greer: "Randall Flagg, my cousin, would not have helped them.
It is the end of the day March 28th
and th subpoena from the inept weak pussy US Congress could not save her.
Nothing could or can. She will feed my seeing-eye dog before her parents get her."
What's with Randall's hair?
let's see...
pros....Randall knows how to stir up publicity
Randall know how to rally the troops and stage affective demonstrations
Randall is passionate and relentlessly energetic
Randall does not mince words. He calls a spade a spade.
Cons... Randall has an image that will always follow him.
Randall is not a constitutional expert - something the Schindlers really really needed.
Randall's presence confirmed to the opposition this is about wacko Jesus freaks and not about civil rights.
Does anyone here have any better suggestions?
As far as I know - Randall lives in this area and was instrumental in convincing Jeb to come up with Terri's law.
His presence has bought her some time.
Sometimes you don't get the "perfect" choice. Sometimes you do the best you can with what you've got.
Maybe this guy could do better, but my hat is off to him for the effort he put in. Afterall...who else offered up their time and money?
I "dislike" him medium well......he did not help matters with his long drug out disserations similar in spirit to what you'd hear from a "screaming" liberal......
Uncomfortable??
Now, there is yet another word that has been dumbed down to meaninglessness.
No.
If Operation Rescue hadn't come into being, then the left would've had to invent them, which is why I wonder if that's exactly what they did.
Heres where most of the Terri Schiavo Insurance money went:
These funds, the result of a malpractice suit, were meant solely to provide for Terri Schiavos care and rehabilitation.
=======================================================================================
Atty. Gwyneth Stanley - $10,668.05
Atty. Deborah Bushnell - $65,607.00
Atty. Steve Nilson - $7,404.95
Atty. Pacarek - $1,500.00
Atty. Richard Pearse (GAL) - $4,511.95
Atty. George Felos - $397,249.99
1st Union/South Trust Bank $55,459.85
Michael Schiavo - $10,929.95
Total: $545,852.34
I really liked him when he played Horschak on "Welcome Back, Kotter".
Sigh.
Why do you say that? Do you know anything about pro-life rescue? (Hint, they called them "sit ins" before Randy came on the scene.)
Perhaps we should wait to see the remainder of this story to decide.
From what i've seen of him on TV he's done a great job. Why would the Shindlers want a little soft spoken wimp? He tells it like it is. It should be "uncomfortable" for some piss ants to hear him. Look what Terri's going through and then we'll talk about being "uncomfortable".
