A downstairs neighbor of debonaire James Bond actor Sean Connery has filed a $30 million US lawsuit alleging he's a bully who's trying to force the family out of the townhouse they share.
"Notwithstanding the cinematic James Bond image of consummate finesse, the defendant Connery, in true Dr. Jekyll-Mr. Hyde fashion, acts the part in real life of a bully who ignores norms of neighborliness and decency," the court papers say.
Dr. Burton Sultan, an ophthalmologist, lives with his wife and daughters on the lower four floors of a six-story Tudor townhouse, built in 1869, on Manhattan's East Side. Connery and his wife live on the top two floors.

Trebek: We would have accepted 'bow wow' or 'ruff'
Connery: Ohhh, ruff, just the way your mother likes it.

Sean Connery: Ursula Andress.
Alex Trebek: What?
Sean Connery: Ursula Andress, Catherine Deneuve, and Charo, twice.

Bones
Alex Trebek: The Final Jeopardy topic this evening is "Famous Mothers"...
Seán Connery: HAHA! MY DAY HAS COME!

Did you see this article? B. needs to work on a good reply to this. :)
Not my Sean? Tell me it isn't so........
I know, I'm totally shocked! What's B. going to do about this???????
But I will have to mention that my late aunt and uncle lived next door to Connery in Century City (Los Angeles) for many years, when he was doing Bond, and he was a very good neighbor or we would have heard.
I guess he'll have to add cuss words to his impersonation.......... ;^)
Ping to # 4.
