Your reasonoing with the wording of the Constitution is wanting.
I will say this though. Women out of government. I truly believe way more than half the problems we face in making any sensible progress through the 3 branches of government is because women are involved. A good woman's advice is a very valuable thing to me. I won't get started on my wife's invaluable input she has given me over the years. I listen and I weigh it. I make the final decision.

The wording you provide is grammatically correct...and it is not specifying a qualifying GENDER for the office, only a DEFAULT gender. This was written long before all units were required to specify "him/her/it/trans/confused/other/NA" in each and every single reference to the species formerly known as humanity and now recognized as a parasite upun the breast of Gaia.

1: As I explained in my original post to you, "he" is simply the default for non-gender-specific statements. I'd presume you're aware of that, but know better than to presume any such thing.
2: When the cited Articles were written, women had no specific rights, and were therefore not even considered in the wording of the document.
Ergo, as women weren't considered, women aren't specifically banned from holding the office of president. Such specificity would require such a statement to include said feminine modifier, i.e.: "she", "her"
I bet you're still looking for a Declaration of War 20-D Short Form in order to consider Bush's dirty little police action to be a real war, too.
