The quiver in Condi's Voice
Posted on 02/09/2005 9:20:07 AM PST by atchoo2
She may be well qualified to be the next President, but has anyone else noticed that little quiver in her voice? It just does not build a sense of security.
She may need some bombast lessons from Ted Kennedy.

President Bush has been roundly criticized for his speaking style...Look where it got him...

I am not at all settled on who I want to run for president, but Condi has enough power in her ability to answer questions that I see no problem.

Condi described herself as "reluctantly pro-choice". She can amend that position and get my support.Got a context on that statement? How reluctant & how pro-choice? I'd never vote for a pro-choicer over a pro-lifer, so she wouldn't get past the primary with me, but when the election comes around, I might. The last pro-life Democrat was Bob Casey, & he won't be running.

Dr. Rice is the one candidate that I can support with absolute enthusiasm. That's not to rule out other possibilities, but at this time, she is the one.

Her stance on abortion sounds like mine - "reluctantly pro-choice".

Worse yet...Hellery of the screeching, PMS, hissy-fit that Rush loves playing occasionally. Believe me, that screaming tape will find its way into a campaign commercial in '08.

The CINC isn't the most eloquent speaker either, and the left has consistently told us in public that he is "stupid", while in private they've admitted that he's a brilliant strategist.

Don't be so naive please. If you're criticizing her leadership abilities because of a "quiver" in her voice, then just vote for somebody like John Kerry. He's a fantastic speaker! He's a complete ass, and a leftist, but the guy is a great speaker!

You've been on this site long enough to know that you just put your foot in your mouth. What's your point by posting this? What do you REALLY want to tell us?
