There's always politics...
There are a lot of online jobs sites, but not knowing where you are doesn't give one a lot to go on. In my experience if I want a job, I usually find one. Just look around, on foot, in the area where you want to find one. It really is that easy sometimes, or at least it is in my personal experience. And I see Help Wanted signs all over.

MOVE! I see "help wanted" signs all over Seattle. Maybe you can get in your car and go to where the jobs are. I also suggest that when you do get a job you 1. save at least a portion of your income. and 2. take some classes at the local community college and work for your degree. That way, you can get out of the minimum wage rut.

You have to be pretty buggy to not to get hired in some of those jobs.
I think you might have to look at yourself and figure what is about YOU that is the problem. It sure isn't Bush's fault.
You either have a problem functioning or being normal socially. Don't give up, but get help!
