The tennis star was listed at No. 6 on Mr. Blackwell's annual top 10 list of worst-dressed women.
"Courting disaster with every style-free serve, black leather at the Open takes a lot of nerve!" he wrote about Williams in a statement released Tuesday. "From the Queen of Tennis to Fatal Fashion Menace — non-stop!"
Nicollette Sheridan of TV's "Desperate Housewives" is the worst of the worst when it comes to wardrobe, according to Mr. Blackwell.
"Let's crown her the Tacky Temptress of Wisteria Lane," Blackwell wrote.
Sheridan and Philadelphia Eagles receiver Terrell Owens took part in a "Monday Night Football" intro before the Eagles-Cowboys game two months ago. She tossed away her shower towel and appeared to be nude in the locker room.
