As a homeschooled individual, I think that the issue itself should be more publicized.
LOL!
the troll is probably a government-school teacher. The spelling, grammar, and logic gives it away.
My goodness! They have some SERIOUS ZOT equipment on that site!
It's actually the same person, time after time, thread after thread. How sad his life must be that this is his hobby.
so tell me, what do you really think of the post? Don't mince words, please.
LOLOLOLOL!
thanks!

"There is no supervision and at times my parents will even forbid me from doing my schoolwork, even when I am very behind."
Sorry there, buddy, but if you are telling the truth, you are in the minority as far as homeschoolers go. You need to talk to your parents and "quick-like", because this is definitely a personal problem, not a social one.
Homeschoolers choose to homeschool to educate their children in the way they see fit; religous, desire for higher standards, want better time spent with family, avoid moral irresponsibilities in peers, allow time to travel, or a general dislike of the public school system in the area a family lives.
Taking away the rights of all homeschoolers is not going to solve one personal problem.
BTW, if you are old enough to find this place and start a thread complaining about ALL homeschool households, you are certainly old enough to study on your own; did that thought ever occur to you?
So you're behind in your school work? Really? Then why are you wasting time on the computer? Log off and get to it, child.
Isn't that just like a guy? LOL! No, I didn't just say that!
He's definitely a Maine Coon, no?
This is our little Sylvie. She and Livingston would make quite a couple! ;-)
You are correct! Livingston's a purebred Maine Coon from a bloodline that produced its first Grand Champion recently. He's a great cat.
Our other cat, Beauregard (the solid gray cat in the first picture I posted) is also a purebred Maine Coon, a year-old rescue that we got six months ago, but looks VERY different...skinny and won't gain weight because he just doesn't eat that much, and he has an almost feral wildcat look to him. But he's the sweetest cat I've ever known. Livingston is companionable but aloof, he wants to be in the same room with me and my wife but not right with us. Bo demands cuddles. Often. VERY often.
They are both true Viking Kitties in their own ways!

We have a rescued gray tabby short-hair, Smokie, who is like night and day with Sylvie (also rescued), just like your Bo and Livingston.
Sylvie will crawl up onto me - when *she* feels like it and on her terms, only. Smokie is very aloof and doesn't care too much for human contact, but she will stay in the same room with us. Both of them will check out visitors with lots of sniffs and leg-rubbing.
Sylvie, who has Maine Coon in her along the way, is almost anorexic, like your Bo. She only weighs 6-7 lbs, but looks much larger because of her long fur.
Cats are way *cool*! :-)
That's, uh, a rather impressively burly kitty. If she's anything like Livingston, her standard method of subduing a toy is crushing and suffocation (i.e., she rolls over on it).
22 pounds of fur, inertia, and attitude, that's our Livingston.

That's Kearen's standard procedure for apprehending the catnip mouse.
And then she tears it open.
*ick, catnip bits on the bare hardwood floor to step on!*
Thankfully, she doesn't go outside.
The birds would laugh at her.
She's a love, but she's gotta get her weight down.
I had it down to 18 pounds... for about a month.
Now she's back up to 24 pounds or so, and has the attitude to match.
