This almost happened to my husband back in December 2000 during the recount. We made a pit-stop at a service station near Greenwich, CT on our way to NYC to join FReepers rallying for Bush. When a small group of Wall Street/yuppie types who walked by us spotted the 'Sore-Loserman' sticker on our car, one of them started to pick a fight with my husband over it. The sticker absolutely put the guy into a rage. So much for "diversity" of opinion!

The left is coming unhinged. When Bush wins in November, its going to really get interesting.

>>, why can't these Kerry people ever try something like this on me<<
I know what you mean. I could use the practice. It would be a shame if the kerry supporter fell down and hurt himself.

This happened in SEATTLE today. Flip is here speaking to his loyalists in the communist party and this was on the King 5 news highlights just a bit ago. A Seattle cop immediately moved in and grabbed the Kerry attacker. The Bush supporter was doing absolutely NOTHING. He was attacked because he had a Bush sign. You could not hear any words being spoken though there were people yelling all around the area.

Keep your powder dry, people -- Nov. 3rd could be interesting. Thankfully, I doubt the gun-control libs are going to be too handy with weaponry. :-)

Ha!
The only thing that would better this for me tonight is learning that John Kerry pissed on the gunpowder in Vietnam to kibosh his compatriots!
(Oh,he did that metaphorically anyway!)

Go to this site. A little ways down the page there is a square on the right side that shows where you can click to the video where you can clearly see it and the cop put the cuffs on the attacker.

I saw that video earlier on the local news here in MD.
I could not believe it. It was a stocky man around 35 to 45 like you said, and the kid he hit was maybe 19 to 22.
He sucker punched him.
The kid backed up and just stood there looking shocked. A police officer came running right over yelling at the older guy, because he witnessed the punch.
To see that slob get turned around by the cop and have handcuffs slapped on him was kind of fun to watch I confess.

A recent thread on FReepers spoke of Bush supporters fearing getting their vehicles keyed if they had a Bush bumper sticker. I doubt the liberals have the same fear about their own vehicles with Kerry stickers on them.
We would condemn any such acts among our fellow republicans, but the liberals would cheer such destruction of property committed by a liberal dem.

The dem's reply to the cop after being handcuffed..."he (being the Bush supporter he sucker punched) invited me to punch him." Of course that defense to a liberal judge in Seattle will probably get him off.

The same thing happened recently when a conservative walked out of the Michael Moore 911 film, early. He told some big slob handing out Kerry tracts near the theatre what he thought of the movie and the guy not only sucker punched him, but chased him while the guy was trying to dial the cops and threw him to the ground! One can only hope that someday such a bozo is going to try that crap with somebody who knows how to handle themselves during violent encounters.
I had a buddy recently retired from Special Forces who performed what he termed a rectal cranial inversion on an unruly character like this not long ago. As we used to say in the army: TRAUMA.....TEACHES!
