Freeper crabbie aka "Carol" has the following tale and I asked if it was okay if I sent it up to the prayer chain.
Re: Prayers From crabbie | 06/28/2004 10:14:31 PM EDT
I was hoping that you would offer.
(Surgery for ovarian cancer 4/02, chemo from 5/02 through 8/03 with remission from 7/02 through 2/04.
Now the recurrence in 3/04 with weekly chemo since 4/16/04).
Prayer has gotten me through this far and kept me very hopeful and calm. I truly believe that He will keep me either cured or in a series of remissions so that I will live to match my mother's age. She is 86 and I am 55.
Carol.
Prayer ping.
Please post your replies to crabbie

Oh gosh, prayers being said for you Carol for remission and that you be restored to total health,, and that you are comforted as you go through Chemo, I ask in the name of Jesus-Amen.
Heavenly Father, we return to give You thanks that You are the Great Physician ... there is none like unto Thee. You bind up the wounds of the afflicted, whether they be spiritual or physical. Thank You that there is no wound that You cannot heal, nor sorrow that You cannot touch. We come before You, Merciful Father, on behalf of Carol and thank You for holding back the disease that has invaded her body ... do so again, we pray. Strengthen her and prosper her through these courses of treatment ... take from her every semblance of disease and replace it with vigor and good health. Thank You that her hope is fixed on You, for in Your hand is the life of every living thing and the breath of all mankind. Greatly are You to be praised, and this we do, in the Name of Jesus, Amen ...
The Cyber Liberty household will be praying for you. Come back with a 'tude!
