President Bush traveled to New York today to participate in the groundbreaking ceremony for the Nassau County 9/11 Memorial in Eisenhower Park, Long Island, being built in memory of the 281 residents of Nassau County who lost their lives in the 9/11 attacks, and visited with families of the victims. Before he left, he made a statement to the press regarding the terrorist attack in Madrid, Spain.
He also visited USA Industries, an automotive parts manufacturing company in Bay Shore, New York, and spoke to workers about the economy and jobs training. He then attended a fund raiser with Rudy Giuliani and Governor Pataki.
There are lots of fabulous pictures today, so enjoy your trip to Sanity Island on the Daily Dose !!

Here they are required to "test" them. I had to go back for regular check ups for five years on the area the the cells were removed......

It was a ground breaking ceremony
Ah - if I'd spend a little more time reading the text, and a little less time looking at the pictures, I'd have known that ;).

Pray for the injured in Spain and for the loved ones of those who were murdered by the terrorists.

Actually, it was a "she." She said she was surprised at the amount of damage because she doesn't remember anything unusual about the surgery. As for being careful chewing, it will help me with my weight loss plan! :-)

I just didn't know what equipment and supplies they had in Iraq, and if they didn't know for absolutely positive by looking under a microscope at the cells, (and instead were saying that by just looking at it from the outside) that that's what it was for sure, they should send it to a lab where they could tell for absolutely positive.

Isn't the Lady in blue on the left in this picture, the one who gave President Bush her Son's sheild when he met with her shortly after 9/11 ?
