OK, according to the references, this is the second-highest "year-round" waterfall in the United States. (It's 620 feet high). Yosemite Falls is obviously the first. But I didn't know that there are four perennials between Yosemite and Multnomah.

I mean to use "ephemeral", but "seasonal" probably makes more sense with waterfalls as opposed to springs or wetlands.

Gotcha. I had assumed you meant year-round by perennial, thus my confusion. Some of the seasonal falls in Yosemite - especially Ribbon Falls - are phenomenal. Ribbon Falls is the highest single stage fall in the world...
