The Creation of Nerdy Cootie

Strange tales we relate about men who create
In the back rooms of "Big Blue,"
But the strangest of all is the one I heard
About the creation of Nerdy Cootie.

Nerdy Cootie wrote HTML bold
For IBM's readers to view,
But she outdid herself and everyone else
When she wrote a Webpage that flew.

The page took off, out the window it went
and flew with the speed of light.
Past Mars and past Neptune - even Andromeda -
It looked for a website in the firmament's night.

So if you peer at the sky through a telescope's eye,
and look to the east of Orion,
There appears in the sky this message to view:
This is the Homepage of Nerdy Cootie!

Speaking of Texas.....sniff....George Strait anyone? Which reminds me...did I ever tell you the "Orange Yak" story? Our neighbors were loyal Longhorns. Every year for Christmas, they put out this big Longhorn in orange lights in their yard for the holidays. One time when Allyson was about 6, she said, "I just don't get it. An orange Yak for Christmas??????". ROFL...I died laughing! I'll never forget it as long as I live. Guess you had to be there.
