A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

I created a counter-Daleel group back on 11/21/03. Washboard_blues joined my group 2 days later and posted a bunch of pro-Bush items. If you believe his profile, he is male, 36 years old, and lives in Chicago. I strongly suspected he is a Freeper or a friendly lurker.

You should be concerned with the identity of cave_of_darkness. Anyone on earth with Internet access could be the creator of this or any Yahoo! group, so if you are going to pass things onto the Feds be sure and identify the source. The Feds have the resources to determine whether the owners of these groups are wanna-bees or the real McCoy. I pray that they are way ahead of us on the posts to these groups if there is anything of any great concern being published. If not, then it is a sad testament to lack of any professionalism among the folks that are paid the big bucks to keep us safe. I really doubt that AQ is going to be putting any real plans out on the web where anybody can get a hold of them, but stranger things have happened. Personally, tracking this stuff and discussing it here at FR is very therapeutic, at least I feel I am doing something that might have a infinitesimal chance of helping out in the WOT.

I think based upon analysis of the s7_zoom image posted by LayoutGuru2 and my finding the image of the SA MoI building image we have a most virtual match.

To be honest, the key to me was in the image s7_zoom image, lower right hand corner... the palm trees. I googled "Modern Architecture SaudiArabia" and bingo! there it was, a real image with palm trees in the right place. I nearly fell out of my chair when I saw that image of the SA MoI building. Similar to what occured to when I saw multiple references to Greater Bairam and Eid al-Adha and the Jakel23 image. Instant red flags and "Oh my gawd!!!"

Congess cut more bases then.
This is a 20 year trend with no end in sight.

I also noticed that the group permissions were wide open on the new group. I sarcastically hinted at this in post #4020, I shoulda been more explicit so that folks wouldn't burn too much time on this new group. I guess the only way we'll know if cave_of_darkness is the real McCoy is if a unique and nasty post goes up and the Feds react in a way that indicates they are privy to the info also.
