Problem is we are suppose to increase security and we're cutting military? The armory was one of the busiest in its heyday and centrally located to matter for an attack. We should be reopening more closed bases now, not adding to them! Was it not Tomkow's son who trained at Great Lakes?

Congess cut more bases then.
This is a 20 year trend with no end in sight.
And it comes from both Democrats and Republicans.
Of course they are safe, have their own bodyguards, security etc.
