Al Qaeda again threatens New York, Washington and Los Angeles - Daily Terror Threat

A new message was posted in the last few hours by the Jeddah-based al-Qaeda-linked Al-Islah (Reform) society calling on Muslims to flee New York, Washington and Los Angeles in advance of major al Qaeda attacks in those cities. This is revealed by DEBKAfile.

The message accuses the United States of predetermining its end (doom) by its policies. ?The Jews rule the Pentagon by remote control and (are the cause) of Muslims being killed in every corner of the world. The United States should therefore expect more blows.?

The message is signed on behalf of the al Bayan (The Threat) movement by ?your warrior brother, Abul Hassan al Khadrami?.

Our Muslim expert identifies the name of the signatory as belonging to a Yemeni from Hadhrameuth, the Bin Ladens? place of origin where Osama enjoys substantial tribal support.

DEBKAfile?s counter-terror sources stress that warnings appearing on these forums are taken both very seriously and with caution by the intelligence services keeping track of the terrorist network?s electronic traffic.

Last November, Jeddah-based fundamentalist forums addressed a message to an Al Qaeda member, saying whoever understands ? understands; whoever knows, knows, but we are marching towards an operation that will take us to Paradise. Three days later, the Mombasa Paradise hotel was blown up killing 12 Kenyans and 3 Israelis and a failed shoulder-launched Strela anti-air missile missed an Israeli airliner at Mombasa airport.

Some of the vehicles, outfitted with TNT and shrapnel, had been stolen or obtained along the Iraqi-Turkish border, the sources said.

Other ambulances have been stolen in Baghdad and have been prepared for suicide attacks in northern and central Iraq.

"The idea is for them to be disguised as service vehicles that would not normally be seen as suspicious," an Iraqi security source said. "They could include ambulances or even garbage trucks.""

Suspicious Packages Cause Metro Problems - Washington DC

WASHINGTON (AP) - Police now say a second suspicious package has turned up in Northeast Washington.

Sergeant Joe Gentile of the D.C. Metropolitan Police says a package that appears to be a briefcase was found in the 500 block of Oklahoma Ave., NE. It is being taken to parking lot "B" at RFK Stadium, where it will be disrupted.

An FBI spokeswoman tells WRC-TV the package was found about 25-yards from the first one. The location is right by the tracks that carry Orange and Blue Line trains. At the request of police, Metro has suspended service on parts of those two lines. Police are also closing Benning Road from 21 St. to Route 295.

The Orange Line has no service between Eastern Market and Minnesota Avenue, while the Blue Line is closed between Eastern Market and Benning Road.

An FBI spokeswoman says the first package has been blown open and is now being examined.

D.C. police say they received numerous threatening calls this morning.

In recent news the NYtimes have said ((NY Times) - The federal
authorities do not have a clear understanding of how terrorists move
their financial assets and are still struggling to prevent the flow of
money to terror groups, according to a new Congressional report. The
report, by the General Accounting Office, the investigative arm of
Congress, also finds that the Internal Revenue Service has not
developed a formal plan for sharing financial information with state
authorities about charities under investigation.

ofcourse they dont have a clear view coz god will blind them from
seeing anything alaah akbaar.

i look at whats happining and bring my hands up to god and thank him
for all the blessing the mojahideen are getting from him. the whole
world is fighting a very small army of god the whole world!! but the
small army of god is wining !! this is the greatness of god he has the
hand to make things flip upside down even if everything seems
impossible he just says its done and its done!!.

the mojahideen in afghanistan have gave us this month an amazing
report of thier fighting with pics and pics of downd planes and
choopers from the american military something that the media wont ever
put on TV! and the number of death with in the americans is rising to
limits that if the american people will know about will go crazy!!

the amazing thing about the amnerican military is that a huge amount
of thier troops are people with no parents!! they have no family
really back in the US and they are the ones put in the first line of
battles, so that when they get killed no one would even care to know
what happend to them!!! nice tactic!!. in other words thier ginny pigs
for the rest of the troops.

recently i got news directly from germany about the amount of troops
that are injured and hurt in the hospitals there, and the Dr i was
talking to is working in one of the hospitals and he swear to me that
there is more than 10,000 troops hurt and suffering its crazy !!

he also added that most of the troops that came to the hospitals from
baghdad and afghanistan were in the last few months!! alaah akbaar

the numbers are kepts secret as much as possible but he adds that even
the troops are trying to reach any media outlet to tell them that bush
was an ass whole and a lier !! and that Iraq is a death camp!! most of
them have had burns and parts of thier bodys cut !! the Dr tells us
that he is amazed that till now no media is digging into this but he
is sure that as time passes and the numbers start increasing it will
be sure that things will start to get out of control!!

i cant thank god enough for the news of the last few weeks and i dont
know how we will be able to thank him enough for the news of the
coming weeks but we know that the light of islam is going to spread
into the world with the light of our sowrds hand in hand.

Container in Trash Bin Possibly Radioactive

Washington - An office building in downtown Washington was evacuated late Friday afternoon after a box in a trash bin was found to contain radioactive material.

Authorities said the finding was the result of improper disposal of medical waste.

DC Fire and EMS spokesman Alan Etter said the company that manages the building at 2141 K Street NW, Reit Management, was issued a citation for the problem.

He also assured that the low level of radioactivity discovered doesn't pose a danger to the public.

The material was discovered when a witness reported seeing a box labeled "radioactive" in the area, and authorities were guided to a trash bin behind the building. Tests on the bin revealed low levels of radioactivity.

The building houses several medical offices, including a radiology and MRI center, which is assumed to be the source of the bin.

THIS ARTICLE IRKS ME TO NO END. Facilities that accumulate medical waste materials (ie hospitals, medical clinics, etc.) and do not properly dispose of these medical wastes --- well, there is just NO excuse! They are advised in many forums (regulations, bulletins, training updates, inspections...) as to how dispose waste. Yep, no excuse at all.

Well, that was hardly worhth the wait. The video is a short clip from the Communist News Network showing U.S. troops 'killing a wounded Iraqi citizen in cold blood and then gloating about it.'

I doubt there was any attempt to splice this footage a bit and present it completely out of context! <\sarc>
