There are nearly 10,000 dead people on Los Angeles County, California’s active voter rolls, the Public Interest Legal Foundation (PILF) alleges in a Help America Vote Act complaint filed with state election officials.
The complaint raises serious concerns about California’s voter registration maintenance ahead of tomorrow’s midterm elections. Among the allegations, PILF lawyers “identified 9,766 potentially deceased active voter registrants” in Los Angeles County.
In addition, 1,279 duplicate registrations are also allegedly on Los Angeles County’s voter rolls, as well as 1,340 registrants with fictitious birth dates and over 700 registrants with birth dates that make them at least 110 years old.
"California has a responsibility to maintain accurate voter rolls,” PILF President J. Christian Adams said in a statement on the group’s website. “Election officials should investigate these discrepancies and ensure that voter registration records are accurate.”
PILF lawyers warned California election officials last year that significant errors were pervasive throughout the state’s voter rolls.
The September 2025 complaint alleged that almost 95,000 dead people were on California’s voter rolls, along with more than 57,000 duplicate registrants, and more than 7,600 registrants with fictitious birth dates.

And they all voted early!...............
In California Dead people always vote Dim.
Move on. Nothing to see here.
So corrupt.
Congress shouldn’t seat ANY CA US Rep or Aenator.
And not a single Republican voter.
But did they vote recently?
At this point, what difference does it make?
Senator.
Californica has been lost for a long, long time.
:: And not a single Republican voter. ::
Oh, don’t think they haven’t thought about that if they get caught.
Kalifornia has 100% mail-in ballots for every election. President, Primary, Mayor, Dog Catcher.
Kalifornia long ago instituted “legal” driver’s licenses to illegal invaders.
Then along came Motor Voter. Any interaction with the Kalifornia DMV, you HAVE to register to vote.
How many ballots have been created for the recently deported illegals? How many of those ballots will be “counted” in the election?
Issues with voting and voter rolls, widespread theft in various welfare or medical assistance programs, squandering billions in useless foreign aid….
We are long overdue for a serious house cleaning of government programs.
And one thing you can depend on, it’s not going to happen.
Unless of course, the “clean up” program itself is designed to be abused and ripped off as well.

There are so many Democrats who will “win” tomorrow who will never be seated. Many of these elections will need to be run again. This mess probably won’t be sorted out for at least a year.
The problem is that as long as the “person” voted in one of the last three elections, the “person” is not dropped from the voter rolls AND California does not remove people who die from the voter rolls as there is no checking obituaries against the voter rolls BUT the Dems do keep track of people who have died to ensure they vote in every election so they won’t be dropped from the voter rolls...EVER.
They’ll dig into the list, find *1* person that’s still alive, and they’ll scream “THIS LIST IS CRAP! THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO ARE STILL ALIVE ON IT!”. (All while ignoring the 9999 correct ones).
The other
El Dia De Lose Muertos.
(day of the dead)
Bring your own empty skulls to the booth!
“There are nearly 10,000 dead people on Los Angeles County, California’s active voter rolls”. And almost every one of them will vote at least once.
OOPSEE.
