MS NOW contributor and Princeton professor Eddie Glaude Jr appeared on Tuesday’s Morning Joe to offer his repetitively bleak take on America as the nation nears its 250th birthday.
Glaude described America as a "white republic,” built on "greed and selfishness and grift and hatred." Invoking Moby Dick, he analogized the US to an ugly "white whale" that threatens to "choke out the life of the country.” Patriotism is racism.

As a full professor at Princeton I would guess he is earning $270K and as a Lib speaker he probably pulls in $75 to 150K a year.
The mean yearly income for a US citizen was $43K in 2023.
So our professor is earning 9.7+ times the mean income of the US citizen.
I have no problem with that. But if he going to complain about how the people of the US go about their business because it has is unfair he should be doing something in his own life to bring himself in to the world of equity that he espouses.
Bet you he is doing nothing to give to charity. Most Lib don’t.
Glaude is apparently a tenured Princeton professor who’s probably making somewhere north of $250,000 a year. No doubt he got that job because of DEI selections. If there’s anybody who’s been living broad off the fat of the land it’s that creep, who’s making vastly more than the mostly white people who pay his salary. He should be thanking the US every day for the fact that he was born here and the Princeton hiring committee was stupid enough to DEI hire him. He shouldn’t be bad mouthing us. Above all, he shouldn’t be regarded as some kind of a bogus expert.
