If Africans (blacks) were so innovative then why have the ones left in Africa have never accomplished anything? There are no democracies on planet earth.
There never have been any national democracies.
There might be small town democracies but even they had people who's voices and votes carried more weight then others. So the question of if those were actually democracies remains open.
