Minnesota Welfare Fraud Surges Past $9 Billion [semi-satire]
Semi-News/Semi-Satire ^ | 20 December 2025 | John Semmens

Posted on 12/20/2025 3:31:48 PM PST by John Semmens

This week, acting US Attorney for the District of Minnesota Joe Thompson reported that "in addition to the billion dollars of fraud previously discovered another $9 billion has gone missing. The magnitude of fraud in Minnesota cannot be overstated. Staggering amounts of money have been lost."

Gov. Tim Walz called Thompson's report "one-sided. He overlooks the initiative demonstrated by a number of our state's refugees from Somalia. Though most of these folks are poorly educated and have few, if any, marketable skills, a cadre of clever scammers were able to enrich themselves far beyond anything they could have hoped for in their native land. The entire Gross Domestic Product of Somalia is only $14 billion. Our Somalis showed the kind of enterprise that few American citizens have achieved. Rep. Ilhan Omar (D-Somalia) came to America poor, got elected to Congress in 2016, and amassed a $30 million personal net worth in less than a decade of public service."

"The 'rags-to-riches' story of these Somalis validates America's reputation as a land of opportunity," Walz added. "Sadly, instead of appreciating their contributions to this country, President Trump wants to deport them. Thankfully, voters are becoming disillusioned with Trump's failed economic policies and will give Democrats the majority in both houses of Congress in next year's elections so we can save the country from the disaster he has concocted for us."

So to put this in perspective, 9 billions would be .13% of the entire national budget that the United States of America spent, last year stolen by some Somali sh!tbags and their grifter, corrupt, scumbag, political representatives

Waltz should be in prison. At a minimum, he turned a blind eye to this fiasco.

Tampon is buried so deep into the vaginal vault that it’s going to take an extra long forceps to pull Tampon out. In the mean time, tampon smells like a pile of dead fish!
Once extracted, incinerate Tampon to rid us of the overwhelming stench!!!!

The left just loves. Adores, and encourages fraud. Any attempts to identify and stop is always met extreme counter measures.
Just look at the Doge commission and its attempts to identify and stop fraud.

The numerous Somalis charged and convicted in the Feeding Our Future fraud were involved in a non-profit organization that had political and financial ties to influential Minnesota Democrats.

Key points regarding the case and its political connections:

Perpetrators: The main individuals involved in the scheme donated to Democrats and were found guilty of multiple federal charges, including wire fraud and bribery.

Political ties: Several of the charged individuals and defendants in the case made substantial campaign donations to Minnesota Democratic officeholders and candidates, including generous campaign financing of:
<><>Governor Tim Walz,
<><>Attorney General Keith Ellison,
<><>and Somali rep on Capitol Hill, Cong Ilhan Omar.

The female mastermind of the fraud, Aimee Bock, allegedly used her liberal Democrat political connections...and her influence with liberal Democrat politicians ....to pressure the alert state officials who were attempting to stop the fraudulent payments.

Others have criticized the Walz administration for being slow to act on warning signs while hoping he would secure Somali votes.

Democrats at the state level who were empowered to do so were accused of gross inaction.

Fear of vindictive Democrats’ political retaliation reigned supreme.

Campaign donations: Reports indicate that Minnesota Democratic lawmakers received over $50,000 in total campaign donations from individuals later charged in the scheme. Some of these donations were accepted days after meetings where the non-profit’s issues with state oversight were discussed.

Response: Some Democratic officials, including Democrat Rep. Ilhan Omar, made a show of stating they returned the campaign money after the fraud was exposed but there is no hard evidence that money was returned.

Governor Walz has ordered audits and appointed a director of program integrity in response to the scandal after the fact.

The scandal has become a significant political issue to attack Minnesota’s failed Democratic leadership.

The fraud itself was committed by a network of Democrat supporters who donated to Democrat campaign chests only.

Rep. Ilhan Omar (not her real name)...Muslim, AG Keith Ellison (not his real name)...Muslim
Somali fraudsters...Muslims
It’s time to check Tim Walz’s donor lists carefully. I suspect some big CAIR checks have cleared.

Walz reminds me of street hustler Obama he can flip the balme at the speed of light.

If a democrat is in office so is corruption and a lot of it it goes with the deal.

To my knowledge, people in MN have never spoken out against their corruption. And if they reelect Walz they never will. Maybe most there just don’t keep up with the news. Royce White for senator and Mike Lindell for governor will be soundly repudiated by the MN electorate in 2026, but I would vote for both if I lived in MN. Hubert Humphrey would have never dreamed his liberal state would be so corrupt. HHH looks better by far that today’s crop of liberals.

MN have never spoken out against their corruption

You have to know about it to do so Walz being a democrat also has a degree in masking.

Those enterprising Somalians should be an inspiration and example to all of us.
Whoever said “crime doesn’t pay” was obviously wrong.
