emember that "wave of intense support" for Kamala Harris in the summer of 2024, stemming from her social media campaign using terms like "brat" and "coconut?" Me neither.
But Audie Cornish does! On Wednesday's edition of CNN This Morning that she hosts, Cornish brought on Katie Drummond of the leftist magazine Wired to explain why Zohran Mamdani's social media campaign has been so successful, while Kamala's flopped:
When I look at Kamala Harris, and we think about Brat/Coconut Summer, there was this sense of like a wave of intense support, right? And attention. Why do you think that that didn't quite translate the same way?

Exactly. Laughable! There was an intense wave of pinko-commie support. Not much beyond that.

Wait. Don’t tell me. Let me guess. Everybody you know voted for her?

She won New York so she isn’t failing any worse than Mamdami would if he was running for POTUS.

“CNN’s Cornish Puzzled Kamala’s Media Strategy Failed Despite ‘Wave of Intense Support?’”
it’s simple: mamdani is a much more believable demagogue than kamala ... after all, mamdani could string together several understandable sentences in a row, whereas none of kamala’s sentence fragments ever made any sense ...

Along similar lines from the article:
“I’d say that, notwithstanding his disastrous policies, Mamdani comes across as genial, well-spoken, and reasonably authentic. Compare/contrast with strange, word-salad Kamala.”

Chick blew through $2Billion in 6 months! All that intense support was just people selling their political ass!

To: governsleastgovernsbest
There was no wave of support, it was merely the media looking at each other and doing the feminist nod.

"Remember that "wave of intense support" for Kamala Harris in the summer of 2024, stemming from her social media campaign using terms like "brat" and "coconut?" Me neither."
 That's funny.
To: governsleastgovernsbest
Oh yeah, like she was so fantastic at the debates, right? Now I know where the term ‘shit for brains’ comes from.
