Immunity is always limited by the promise to not lie and commit perjury.

She’s free to tell the truth. But she’s also free to lie.
I think the intent is that people don’t jump on anything which might drag this cr** out longer.
Why? This makes sense. She’s already prosecuted so this is new info that they can use to get others.
That’s fine and this is a common practice, as long as she is being completely honest in what she is saying and she is not revealing other crimes that she might have committed without anyone knowing, she can get limited immunity, its very common for prosecutors to do this in order to get relevant info
Im sure she’s agreed to give a deposition after the initial proffer. The prosecutor will know what she’s going to say.

Her options are to cooperate and be truthful under these terms or to serve out the balance of her sentence without a chance of getting out early. Pretty easy choice.

I wouldn't either, which makes the "nothing to see here" attitude of some Freepers re the Epstein files all the more baffling. Now's our chance to get Clinton and all those other Rat perverts. Why isn't Trump taking it?
I don’t remember specifics, but I seem to recall that during Obama’s time it was sort of standard procedure to “investigate” by a three step process:
1) “You have immunity. We promise not to prosecute you for any crimes you may have committed. Now — what can you tell us about criminal activity?”
2) “I don’t remember anything.”
3) “Okay. Thanks for participating. Enjoy your immunity, and don’t forget: you can never be prosecuted. Have a nice day.”
