The ‘autopen’ scandal just took a sharp U-turn…
Revolver News ^ | Staff

The controversy surrounding Joe Biden’s last-minute “autopen” pardons is heating up fast and furious style. What began as little whispers here and there about his mental decline and shady late-night decisions has exploded into a full-blown scandal, with evidence now piling up that reveals an autopen was used to issue sweeping pardons for high-profile political figures like Anthony Fauci, General Mark Milley, and the J6 Committee.

These “preemptive pardons” raised a lot of eyebrows from the start. They were issued in the dead of night, under a cloud of suspicion, and signed not by Biden himself but by a machine. Now, America is asking: Are these pardons even legal?

And even more importantly: Who was actually making these pardons?

As the outrage builds, Congressman James Comer is leading the charge to find the truth:

James Comer:

🚨UPDATE🚨

As we aggressively investigate the cover-up of Joe Biden’s decline and the unauthorized use of the autopen, I’m now demanding more former Biden staffers come before Congress:

Karine Jean-Pierre Ian Sams Andrew Bates Jeff Zients

Americans deserve answers.

And now, reports have surfaced that Jeff Zients, Biden’s Chief of Staff, was the one who personally approved the use of the autopen to sign pardons for some of the most controversial political actors in modern history.

Publius:

BREAKING: Biden Official Jeff Zients Approved AUTOPEN for Last-Minute Pardons of Fauci, Jan 6 Committee Members, & others. Trump Demands Nullification – Are Autopens Constitutional for Presidential Pardons?

If that weren’t enough, the case of General Mark Milley is pouring gasoline on the fire. Who can forget this treasonous stunt he pulled?

Trump ally Roger Stone isn’t waiting around either. He’s calling on Attorney General Pam Bondi to bring charges against Anthony Fauci for lying to Congress. Stone’s point is clear: let Fauci claim he has a pardon, then challenge the constitutionality of the autopen in court.

Roger Stone:

I CALL ON AG PAM BONDI TO CHARGE FAUCI FOR LYING TO CONGRESS!

And when, in his legal defense, claims that he cannot be charged because he has a preemptive pardon, the government can finally test the legality of the autopen in which all of those documents should not be honored.

And speaking of Fauci, he’s the real kicker in all of this. There is no 100 percent confirmation that his pardon was signed by an autopen, thanks to a New York Times piece.

Look:

Here’s a close-up of the image:

And it’s that New York Times piece that is fueling this latest backlash. And when you see thigs like, “Joe Biden hit back against…” you know good and well that Joe Biden doesn’t know what day it is, let alone what’s unfolding with this autpen scandal.

Newsweek:

Former president Joe Biden has hit back at Republican claims that the use of an autopen showed he was not capable of making clemency decisions as a list shows the high-profile pardons he granted using the device, according to The New York Times.

The Department of Justice and the Republican-controlled House Oversight Committee have opened investigations into Biden’s use of an autopen for pardon and clemency warrants near the end of his term and whether his officials covered up his mental decline.

President Donald Trump has said these pardons and commutations were illegitimate and showed how Biden’s staff ran the presidency in his name using the device.

But Biden’s interview hits back at the accusations as he insisted he had consciously made pardons and that the use of the device was legitimate given the volume of signatures. Last month, Trump ordered an investigation into Biden’s actions as showing cognitive decline as he cited his predecessor’s appointment of federal judges and acts of clemency.

The newspaper said it had seen correspondence about the pardons and commutations in Biden’s final weeks of office in which the former president’s staff used an autopen.

Trump and his allies see the autopen as more than just a bureaucratic shortcut—they see it as smoking-gun proof that Biden’s handlers were running the presidency in his name, handing out politically charged pardons behind closed doors and without legal weight.

According to reports, the autopen was used to sign off on at least 25 clemency warrants between December 2024 and January 2025. These pardons were divided into four broad categories, covering cases like non-violent drug offenses, COVID-related home confinement, and death sentence commutations.

There’s a whole laundry list of bad eggs who got fake “preemptive” pardons, including members of Biden’s family:

James Biden Valerie Biden Owens Sara Jones Biden

For many in the MAGA base, this wasn’t clemency; it was a corrupt safety net for Biden’s inner circle, rubber-stamped by a machine at the eleventh hour.

Now, here’s the big legal question on everybody’s mind: Does a mechanical autopen signature carry the full weight of presidential authority, especially when that so-called “president” can’t form a coherent sentence on his own?

And since we’re talking about Biden’s mental state, let’s not forget his own doctor recently pleaded the Fifth when asked about his cognitive abilities while in office. That says it all, right?

Will these fake pardons collapse under scrutiny?

Full blown scandal?! Please.

The media is running cover, and the public, in general, is too distracted and uneducated to care.

Everything done by Biden needs to be undone. Every penny stolen needs to be replaced. Every single penny. People involved should pay the price with their fortune and their lives.

Deep state Beltway bureaucrats don’t care what’s right, wrong, ethical, legal, or illegal. Push it hard enough and they will destroy you. That’s what’s got Trump rattled at the moment. He fears for we, the people, from they, the unelected bureaucrats of the deep state. He truly does. Patel and Bongino holed up inside offices at the DOJ as they peel onions in fear is not going to set things right.

Just charge them and when they plead the “pardon” defense, challenge the validity of the pardons and let higher courts sort it out.

This is not an issue to be timid about. It is the tip of the iceberg and once the effects of Biden’s incompetency is proven, the rest will crumble.

"And a big fat nothing will come of any of this."

You could have saved all those fancy syllables and just typed, "James Comer."

Trump pointed out that the purpose of the Autopen is to sign the many thousands of letters that come to the White House every month, mostly from young school kids. It was never meant for use to sign laws, pardons or executive actions.

and yet, former President Biden said explicitly in the NYC interview that he himself approved ALL pardons, thus end of story, fini ... period ... no minion’s word will stand up against the word of a President ...

full NYC article:

https://archive.ph/UT5LJ

the actual YUGE issues that matter regarding the survival of our Republic are issues such as border control, ejecting illegal aliens, esp. violent illegal alien criminals, staving off the rise of the Zohran branch of the Democrats to national power, preservation of free speech, reshoring manufacturing, maintaining energy independence, squashing the Democrats insane and pointless waste of billions of dollars on mandating “green energy” and nearly useless EVs, dumping CAFE standards, and dismantling the rest of the biden-era agenda, dismantling the rest of the Deep State by rooting out Deep State spending and Deep State government traitors and sending a few of the big fish to prison ...

autopen/epstein are nothing but tilting at windmills ...

Biden “announced” he had verbally approved them all. What other level of authority is required? Just afraid this will go nowhere because there’s no controlling legal authority. (that sounds familiar!)

I predict that the Federal Judiciary will not get involved in the pardons, now that Biden says he approved all pardons and commutations.

And a big fat nothing will come of any of this.

I agree that no one will suffer any legal liability. Not Fauci, Milley, Liz Cheney - none of them.

But these made-for-media show-trials still have value. Many facts are revealed, and the public that chooses to pay attention can still learn a lot about how corrupt their government is.

In standard DC style, the process IS the punishment. Endless hearings, lawyer expenses, constant media attention.

They did it to Trump, so now they can suffer the same

“And when Fauci pleads the 5th, then what?”

Every citizen has the right to plead the 5th (i.e. not give testimony against himself). If Fauci pleads the 5th, and the government has evidence beyond a reasonable doubt Fauci has committed a federal crime, the DOJ will have the option of indicting him for the crime and taking him to trial in federal court.

In addition, if there is evidence Fauci committee a state crime while in the state, the attorney general of the state can indict him and take him to trial in a state court. A presidential pardon offers no protection from indictment and conviction for a state crime.
