Full blown scandal?! Please.

The media is running cover, and the public, in general, is too distracted and uneducated to care.

Everything done by Biden needs to be undone. Every penny stolen needs to be replaced. Every single penny. People involved should pay the price with their fortune and their lives.

And a big fat nothing will come of any of this.

Deep state Beltway bureaucrats don’t care what’s right, wrong, ethical, legal, or illegal. Push it hard enough and they will destroy you. That’s what’s got Trump rattled at the moment. He fears for we, the people, from they, the unelected bureaucrats of the deep state. He truly does. Patel and Bongino holed up inside offices at the DOJ as they peel onions in fear is not going to set things right.

Just charge them and when they plead the “pardon” defense, challenge the validity of the pardons and let higher courts sort it out.

This is not an issue to be timid about. It is the tip of the iceberg and once the effects of Biden’s incompetency is proven, the rest will crumble.

Trump pointed out that the purpose of the Autopen is to sign the many thousands of letters that come to the White House every month, mostly from young school kids. It was never meant for use to sign laws, pardons or executive actions.

and yet, former President Biden said explicitly in the NYC interview that he himself approved ALL pardons, thus end of story, fini ... period ... no minion’s word will stand up against the word of a President ...

full NYC article:

https://archive.ph/UT5LJ

the actual YUGE issues that matter regarding the survival of our Republic are issues such as border control, ejecting illegal aliens, esp. violent illegal alien criminals, staving off the rise of the Zohran branch of the Democrats to national power, preservation of free speech, reshoring manufacturing, maintaining energy independence, squashing the Democrats insane and pointless waste of billions of dollars on mandating “green energy” and nearly useless EVs, dumping CAFE standards, and dismantling the rest of the biden-era agenda, dismantling the rest of the Deep State by rooting out Deep State spending and Deep State government traitors and sending a few of the big fish to prison ...

autopen/epstein are nothing but tilting at windmills ...

Biden “announced” he had verbally approved them all. What other level of authority is required? Just afraid this will go nowhere because there’s no controlling legal authority. (that sounds familiar!)

“And when, in his legal defense, claims that he cannot be charged because he has a preemptive pardon, the government can finally test the legality of the autopen in which all of those documents should not be honored.”

And when Fauci pleads the 5th, then what?

Spoiler alert. Any such case that reaches the Supreme Court will demonstrate that at least 5, 6, and maybe even 7 justices will declare the pardons/auto pen are just swell. Guaranteed.

Arrest them all for anything. Then let’s see if their pardons hold up in court.

Biden MAY have given verbal approval of the pardons, but did he even see a list of who was being pardoned? Who compiled the list of those to be pardoned and given Biden’s impaired mental capacity could others have been added to the list without his knowledge or even verbal consent? His “pardons” of people not even indicted for any crime let alone convicted of anything cannot in my mind be legal. This is the equivalent of a “get out of jail free” card in Monopoly. Given the history of the Biden crime family some of these pardons may have been sold.

On January 17, 2025, Biden commuted the sentences of 2,490 people.[108]

On January 19, 2025, Biden pardoned former Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley, former Chief Medical Advisor to the President Dr. Anthony Fauci, members of Congress and staff who served on the United States House Select Committee on the January 6 Attack, and the U.S. Capitol and D.C. Metropolitan police officers who testified before the Select Committee, in his final hours of office.[109] Later that day, he also granted pardons for three of his siblings and two of their spouses, former chairman of the Kentucky Democratic Party Jerry Lundergan, and commuted the life imprisonment of Native American activist Leonard Peltier to home imprisonment for life.[110]

It should be only legal, if a sitting POTUS with a witness, signs a bill or executive order. No autopens, with the technology of today, POTUS could be in the darkest parts of Africa, and sign with his own hand, fax and return it by some method from his Luxurious and well protected AF One.

I can sign things on my laptop, legal documents. They are less important that things POTUS can sign.

OTOH, when POTUS is out of the country, the VP should be in charge while he is outside of American airspace. I seem to remember Barry Soetoro signing documents from a Hawaiian vacation.
